[에너지/금융] M&A Associate

An energy company is looking for an M&A Associate. The selected candidate will develop and maintain complex financial models for deal evaluation, lead due diligence processes, and prepare investment memoranda.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for deal evaluation
• Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, tax, and legal assessments
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support negotiations on transaction documents and transaction structuring, focusing on valuation, financial, and tax considerations
• Conduct business and financial analysis to support deal execution
• Work closely with the Head of M&A on all transaction-related matters

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure (renewables is preferred) investments, M&A transaction advisory, principal investment, or valuation from accounting firms, investment banks, securities firms, or investment/asset managers
• Hands-on experience in financial modelling and M&A deal execution
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Native level Korean; professional level written and verbal English
