[헬스케어/투자] Senior Associate

An international healthcare private equity firm is looking for a Senior Associate. The selected applicant will support the full investment lifecycle, from deal execution and due diligence through post-investment portfolio management and value creation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the end-to-end investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, and investment committee presentations
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive landscape assessments to validate investment theses
• Collaborate with external advisors (legal, financial, commercial) to ensure thorough and rigorous due diligence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned portfolio companies, working alongside management teams to identify and execute value creation initiatives
• Leverage consulting toolkits, such as problem-solving frameworks, operational diagnostics, and KPI dashboards, to diagnose business challenges and develop actionable improvement plans
• Support portfolio companies in areas such as go-to-market strategy, operational efficiency, organisational design, and financial planning
• Monitor portfolio company performance against key metrics and report to internal stakeholders and LPs
• Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams, helping them navigate growth, transformation, or turnaround situations
• Facilitate cross-portfolio synergies, including identifying partnership opportunities, best practice sharing, and talent development
• Assist with exit preparation, including positioning, data room preparation, and coordination with investment banks or strategic buyers

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or leading boutique) with a strong track record in problem-solving, client management, and delivering impactful recommendations
• Experience working directly with management teams to drive operational or strategic improvement
• Native level Korean; proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Project experience in the healthcare industry
• Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or investment banking
