[금융/IR] Investor Relations Manager

An Investor Relations Manager role is now open in a private equity firm. The chosen applicant will be managing investor communications, supporting fundraising and IPO initiatives, and delivering strategic financial insights to support corporate growth and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, shareholders, and financial analysts
• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with overall corporate strategy, financial objectives, and communication priorities
• Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including private placements, Series financing rounds, convertible notes, and other equity and debt capital raises
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the IPO process, including preparation of the prospectus and other offering documents, investor presentations, roadshow materials, and regulatory submissions, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Support the transition to a public-company environment by establishing disclosure protocols, reporting calendars, investor communication processes, and ongoing IR infrastructure
• Manage the preparation and distribution of quarterly and annual investor communication materials, including financial models, valuation analyses, earnings presentations, management scripts, Q&A preparation, and shareholder updates
• Prepare board-level briefing materials, including business updates, investor sentiment analysis, shareholder feedback summaries, peer benchmarking, and market intelligence
• Respond to due diligence requests from investors and legal counsel by coordinating with management, business leaders, and relevant teams
• Support management and business leaders in the preparation of annual business plans
• Evaluate potential M&A targets, assess potential synergies, and prepare pro forma financial statements, capitalisation tables, and other transaction materials
• Support other investor relations and strategic finance initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Investor Relations
• Proven experience supporting or leading fundraising transactions and investor communications
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial statements, accounting, and capital markets
• Experience preparing senior management and board materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally, internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with IPO preparation and execution, including coordination of offering materials and cross-functional workstreams
• Prior experience or understanding of E-commerce logistics
