[보험/재무] Finance Manager

An international financial services company is hiring a Finance Manager. The chosen candidate will drive business partnering and the financial accounting and reporting function for the Korean branch.

Responsibilities:

• Assist stakeholders with communicating with relevant authorities
• Lead financial evaluation, execution and accounting for non-routine and complex transactions
• Provide advice to business stakeholders on financial matters, local laws and regulations
• Implement team training to increase performance and build a strong teamwork environment
• Ensure effective reporting and analysis, internal/ external audits, cashflow management, and tax compliance
• Take part in executing process changes to meet future business needs
• Manage Go-Live projects for IFRS9/17 and KICS implementation for the branch
• Build trusted relationships with designated regulatory authorities in Korea

Requirements:

• Expertise in multiple reporting standards (K GAAP and IFRS) regulatory requirements and tax regime in Korea
• Background in multidisciplinary finance, including accounting, treasury, financial planning, finance operations, taxation, etc.
• Excellent decision-making and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle complex issues in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to analyse number critically, review contracts, challenge inputs and draw out conclusions
• Written and verbal English proficiency
