An Internal Communication Manager position is available at a global luxury fashion company. The chosen candidate will be developing effective communication throughout all functions. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute efficient people communications programs
- Develop and manage communications and engagement strategies
- Plan and create effective content
- Oversee internal communication channels
- Offer strategic advice on concerns and management of problems
- Implement culture development and change initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in PR, journalism, or media studies
- More than 10 years of experience in a communication management position
- Experience managing key stakeholders
- Excellent content development abilities
- Knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of various communication channels
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Korean
