An internationally recognised luxury fashion company needs an Internal Communication Manager. The successful applicant will be accountable for designing and deploying efficient people communications activities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment between business priorities and employee viewpoints
• Identify and conduct audience segmentation
• Evaluate key messages and channels
• Establish concise communications goals
• Provide guidance regarding issue and crisis management as well as employee communications
• Design and oversee culture-related and change campaigns
• Foster relationships throughout the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in PR, journalism, or media studies
• 10+ years of experience in communication management functions throughout internal and external communications
• Prior experience with senior stakeholder management
• Functional knowledge of various communication platforms and digital channels
• Expertise in content development
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal English and Korean proficiency
