An international electronics manufacturer is searching for a Creative Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for creating compelling consumer stories and campaigns that are innovative in their design and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage in-house and freelance designers, copywriters, and cross-functional leaders
- Work with the content team as well as the local country marketing leads to come up with the APAC content strategy
- Collaborate directly with other creative directors (brand design, product design) and cross-functional leaders across marketing and business to generate programs and execute program briefs
- Operate the campaign with crafted designs ensuring key messaging is consistent across all customer touchpoints
- Plan for a compelling campaign and content strategy for the company's digital channels to make content visually appealing and impactful
- Translate the company brand into a consistent visual experience
- Facilitate activities in the editing suite, photo shoot, Photoshop, and the trenches with the team
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of experience in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio in marketing, graphic design, video production, and brand development
- Experience directing external vendors (agencies and individual freelancers)
- Excellent knowledge of design and content software
- Hands-on experience in planning and end-to-end campaign management with a solid understanding of Korean consumer behaviour and the digital landscape
- Understanding of audio-visual technologies, consumer electronics, and creative industries
- Prior people management experience is a plus
- Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
