[리테일/마케팅] POE Assistant Specialist (Contract)

A foreign consumer goods company is looking for a POE Assistant Specialist. The chosen applicant will manage official website operations, traffic monitoring, budget processing, and stakeholder and agency coordination to support effective digital operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise onsite digital assets, including product displays, promotional banners, and onsite content to maximise user engagement
• Manage existing recruitment sampling programs, including portfolio management, service optimisation, inventory forecasting, and logistics support
• Streamline daily onsite operational workflows and administrative processes to ensure seamless execution
• Manage UTM parameters and ensure accurate traffic tracking and data management
• Monitor onsite traffic performance and provide timely notifications on significant fluctuations or anomalies in key metrics
• Oversee the Marketing team budget processing to ensure efficient financial governance and escalate issues when needed
• Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce Marketing, and other internal teams to align business objectives and user journey goals
• Manage external agency partnerships to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or business-related discipline
• 2-3 years of working experience in digital marketing
• Background in FMCG marketing (agency experience is preferred)
• Fluent level written English
