A consumer electronics company is looking for a Marketing Assistant. The chosen applicant will support marketing activities by coordinating social media campaigns, retailer marketing assets, website localisation, and product sample management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee social media postings for Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, and Marantz to ensure brand alignment
• Collaborate with external agencies to propose monthly key themes and featured products for upcoming content
• Review and evaluate content drafts submitted by agencies to ensure high-quality output
• Report required revisions to the Marketing Manager and manage the internal approval process
• Review and distribute product guidelines for reviewer and influencer campaigns
• Monitor and manage campaign schedules to ensure timely content execution
• Inspect final content deliverables from reviewers to verify compliance with brand standards
• Support communication with retail partners to understand their marketing asset needs
• Locate and provide requested brand assets using the internal web hub
• Coordinate the production of product brochures and point-of-sale materials (POSM) by assessing partner needs and collaborating with external design agencies
• Review and compare global and local websites to ensure consistency in design, functionality, and localisation quality
• Identify areas for improvement in the local website's user experience (UX/UI)
• Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for the Marketing Manager to optimise website performance
• Manage and track inventory of in-house product samples
• Monitor sample rentals and returns, ensuring all items are accounted for and returned on time
• Conduct quality checks on product samples to ensure they are in proper working condition
• Maintain accurate records and an up-to-date inventory of all product assets

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Digital Marketing
• Experience managing social media channels, digital content, and marketing campaigns
• Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with retail marketing, influencer marketing, event support, or product launches
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop or video editing
