A hospitality company is searching for a 바이럴 마케팅 담당자. The selected candidate will develop engaging, trend-driven content that enhances brand visibility, drives audience engagement, and connects digital experiences to real-world resort visitation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute viral marketing initiatives that increase organic reach and engagement
- Translate integrated resort experiences into compelling, shareable content formats
- Identify and leverage trends, memes, and cultural moments relevant to target audiences
- Manage and optimise viral content across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and Weibo
- Ensure platform-specific tone, storytelling style, and content formats
- Oversee short-form video, visual content, and experiential storytelling
- Lead Xiaohongshu search-driven and review-based content strategies
- Plan and execute Douyin short-form video initiatives aligned with current trends
- Manage KOL and KOC seeding programs and content approval processes
- Drive awareness and intent among Chinese travellers, linking digital exposure to resort visitation
- Identify and manage creators, influencers, and community-driven content opportunities
- Design seeding and user participation programs to stimulate organic sharing
- Monitor online sentiment, reviews, and engagement trends
- Track and analyse content performance, including reach, engagement, saves, and shares
- Identify successful content patterns and optimise future executions accordingly
- Prepare insights and summaries to support ongoing marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align viral content with broader marketing initiatives
- Coordinate content planning around events, campaigns, and key moments across the resort
- Support integrated marketing efforts through social-first content perspectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in viral Marketing, social media marketing, or content marketing
- Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and digital trends
- Ability to analyse content performance and translate insights into action
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Chinese social platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin)
- Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or entertainment brands
