An international fashion company is looking for an E-commerce Specialist. The chosen applicant will be in charge of driving online sales growth through e-commerce operations, sales analysis, content management, and logistics support.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of online sales strategies for the brand
• Plan and execute seasonal sales strategies and promotional activities
• Identify and explore new online channels and business growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Global HQ and internal teams to implement e-commerce strategies
• Analyse sales performance and KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Create reports related to new project procedures and operational guidelines
• Monitor product performance across online channels
• Design shopper journeys and create web content
• Manage products listed across online sales channels
• Track and update shipping status
• Manage the online channel customer service team
• Manage invoices from e-commerce vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with a relevant major (Fashion or Business Administration)
• More than 4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Travel Retail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent level written and verbal English
