[리테일/마케팅] Marketing Assistant (Contract)

A foreign luxury brand is looking for a Marketing Assistant. The selected applicant will support in executing brand initiatives, events, media relations, and digital campaigns while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of brand experiences and events in coordination with stakeholders and partners
• Assist in implementing brand initiatives (ATL & BTL) focused on client experience
• Help organise client events, including welcoming and hosting local and international VIP clients
• Prepare materials and logistics for internal events and meetings
• Support translation and proofreading of press releases and PR materials
• Assist in arranging photo shoots and interviews as needed
• Prepare monthly PR reports and benchmarking analysis
• Support localisation of digital platforms and translation of brand materials
• Assist in content development to enhance brand desirability
• Support media planning and campaign execution according to the global campaign calendar
• Help with VM animations/tools installation and manage POSM stock
• Manage procurement requests, invoices, and expense claims through Ivalua
• Coordinate with external agencies and support supplier creation and follow-up
• Identify opportunities for collaboration beyond the immediate team
• Promote a collaborative one-team approach across the organisation

Requirements:

• 1-3years of experience in a marketing team (luxury industry-related environment is preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in written and verbal English
