[리테일/그로스마케팅] Pet Owner Experience Assistant Specialist

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Pet Owner Experience Assistant Specialist. The selected applicant will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of on-site activations that enhance the pet owner journey while driving commercial results. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with E-commerce teams to plan and execute high-impact on-site promotions aligned with sales goals
• Lead the development of landing pages and sales-linked activations to drive measurable results
• Integrate brand narratives into the user journey to elevate content beyond simple transactions
• Analyse website UI/UX to identify bottlenecks using data insights and a strong understanding of UX principles
• Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing and continuous user journey improvements
• Measure activation performance and translate data into actionable business insights
• Maintain a Plan–Execute–Analyse–Optimise cycle to continuously enhance on-site touchpoints
• Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce Marketing, and other stakeholders to align business and user journey objectives
• Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery
• Plan, manage, and maintain budgets for on-site dedicated activations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or business-related discipline
• More than 5 years of working experience in digital and growth marketing
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders and agencies
• Proficient in data analytics tools (GA4)
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Understanding of digital ecosystem solution tool (Salesforce)
