[리테일/이커머스] Amazon Specialist
A consumer goods company is seeking an Amazon Specialist. The selected candidate will manage and optimise end-to-end Amazon marketplace operations, driving sales growth through listing optimisation, advertising, promotions, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operations of Amazon Seller Central (US), including performance tracking and optimisation
- Plan, create, and optimise product listings (SEO, keyword research, A+ Content, Brand Store)
- Develop and execute pricing strategies, promotions, and key Amazon events (Deals, Coupons, Prime Day, seasonal campaigns)
- Build, execute, and optimise Amazon Ads strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Analyse and improve performance using ROAS, TACoS, CVR, and conversion metrics
- Design and execute full-funnel strategies linking Amazon with Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
- Monitor competitors, category trends, and growth opportunities in the U.S. market
- Support future expansion into Chewy, Walmart, and other North American platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and brand growth initiatives
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon US accounts
- Direct experience operating Amazon Ads (agency-only management is not sufficient)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven success scaling consumer goods brands on Amazon North America
- Experience across Amazon to Meta to DTC full-funnel performance
- Experience with U.S. influencer seeding and UGC-driven marketing
- Background in startups or rapidly scaling companies
