[리테일/마케팅] Marketing Specialist

An international luxury brand is seeking a Marketing Specialist. The selected applicant will be in charge of planning and executing marketing activities to enhance brand presence, drive client engagement, and support sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Brand Manager to strategise all brand-related activities (ATL & BTL) with a strong focus on retail and client experiences
• Conceptualise and execute brand activations such as events, POS activations, and travel & hospitality operations
• Collaborate with the Commercial team, partners, and communities to create experiences that increase client interest, drive traffic to POS, and support sales
• Track competitors’ promotions, animations, and best practices to strengthen brand plans
• Ensure A&P budget for each project is used, monitored, and updated correctly
• Execute global visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement at POS
• Manage POS materials ordering, stock, and display execution
• Support media planning, content creation, and influencer initiatives according to the global campaign calendar
• Evaluate post-event and post-campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met and provide recommendations for improvement
• Translate and proofread press releases, arrange photo shoots or interviews, and handle monthly PR reporting
• Initiate discussions and communicate with departments/stakeholders to generate new ideas and improve workflow
• Lead and collaborate with team members in planning and implementation of assigned tasks and budget management
• Promote a one-team approach by identifying synergies and opportunities for collaboration beyond the immediate area of responsibility
• Support digital initiatives to build brand awareness and engagement across relevant channels
• Monitor and optimise marketing activities to ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of professional experience in marketing
• Skilled in MS Office
• Proficient in written and verbal English
