[리테일/마케팅] On-Trade Commercial Planning & Activation Specialist
A multinational consumer goods company is looking for an On-Trade Commercial Planning & Activation Specialist. The chosen candidate will plan and deliver on-trade activations that drive consumer conversion and strengthen brand performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute effective On-Trade levers to convert consumers from awareness to trial and transaction, delivering engaging and seamless consumer journeys at the point of consumption and purchase
- Build and implement integrated On-Trade channel activation plans using channel insights and performance data, ensuring strong execution of promotions, visibility, and activations at the point of decision
- Identify the right occasions for brand consumers and deliver solutions to meet needs and drive transactions
- Develop and manage On-Trade brand visibility in line with global brand guidelines and local regulations
- Measure and evaluate brand channel and activation performance using available data sources such as internal sales and customer data to improve BTL spend continuously
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing, and external agencies to deliver agreed brand and channel plans on time and within budget
- Support localisation and execution of global and regional toolkits by working with agencies to adapt materials for the local On-Trade market
- Maintain and update channel activity grids and ensure clear communication of local activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, or Sales
- Background in FMCG, beverage industries (including alcoholic beverages); field sales experience is preferred
- Field sales experience in On Trade, with exposure to customer/trade marketing, brand management, commercial functions, or agency environments
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of consumer and trade customer insights with solid numerical and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English
