[리테일/마케팅] Marketing Specialist

An international technology company is looking for a Marketing Specialist. The selected applicant will run marketing programs, providing technical insight alongside the product marketing team, and bringing innovative products to market.

Responsibilities:

• Run marketing programs focusing on Gaming products
• Provide technical insight, working with the product marketing team to generate professional discussions, content and initiatives
• Bring products to market (GTM), especially for custom-made regional products
• Plan campaigns targeting gaming peripherals, e-sport and AAA game launch
• Develop specific regional communication content including website PDP, videos, newsletters, and e-commerce contents
• Analyse the market focusing on the Korean market needs, competitor analysis and landscape overview
• Work with cross-functional teams to increase consumer engagement
• Stay up-to-date with shifting industry trends, client demographics and expectations, and key stakeholders' requirements
• Identify and track relevant performance indicators
• Develop an overarching marketing strategy that encompasses all media and communication channels

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a PR agency or IT company is a plus
• Prior marketing experience within the PC hardware sector
• Extensive knowledge of the Korean market, resellers, media partners, etc.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
• Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
