An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Marketing Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of overseeing product and brand management within assigned categories.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual brand strategies and comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate closely with partner retailers to plan and execute monthly promotions and marketing initiatives
- Establish a roadmap and growth strategy for the brand, focusing on market expansion and product development
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and execution of monthly and annual plans
- Plan and oversee inventory management for both sellable products and promotional goods
- Lead cross-functional teams and external marketing agencies to execute marketing strategies effectively
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market research data, current market trends, and competitor insights to refine marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business administration, or relevant area (MBA is a plus)
- 8-10 years of experience in product management or marketing roles within the skincare, dermo-cosmetic, or cosmetics industry
- Knowledge of drugstore and e-commerce channels
- Understanding of marketing planning, execution, and ROI analysis
- Strong analytical skills for sales figures and forecasting
- Fluent level verbal and written English
