[리테일/마케팅] Senior Marketing Manager

A multinational fashion company is searching for Senior Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing brand marketing strategies and communication guidelines. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Increase brand recognition and attract new clients
• Determine business needs, marketing, and consumer trends
• Oversee all marketing functions such as social media, branding, PR, etc.
• Expand consumer reach across various digital channels through KPI-driven integrated marketing strategies
• Create marketing initiatives to elevate brand
• Handle budget management and allocation for local marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or relevant domains
• More than 10 years of marketing experience in the retail field
• Knowledge of digital and social channels
• Understanding of Korean consumer behaviour or marketing landscape in eCommerce brick-and-mortar marketplace
• Familiarity with MarTech or stack planning
• Proficient in written and verbal English
