An international luxury beauty products company is searching for a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will develop and direct brand strategy for sustained brand growth and client relationships. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative and operational product marketing efforts
• Establish strategic directions and a 3-year marketing plan
• Drive marketing mix strategies for media and promotion plans
• Oversee the rollout of retail materials and services
• Manage new product development and the entire process
• Take charge of product launches for client brand experiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 8-10 years of related positions experience in beauty, consumer goods, or luxury business from in-house brands
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple events
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Korean
