[의료기기/전략] Senior Commercial Insight & Strategy Specialist
A foreign healthcare technology company is looking for a Senior Commercial Insight & Strategy Specialist. The selected applicant will provide market and business insights to support commercial strategy, performance management, and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a structured view of the Korean HI market across segments, channels, price tiers, and reimbursement versus private
- Analyse market data, competitive activity, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Conduct deep dive analyses on priority topics such as premium upgrades, self-pay dynamics, channel mix shifts, and product mix changes
- Translate complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations for management and cross-functional teams
- Design and track core KPIs, including volume, ASP, CM1, segment mix, channel mix, and launch performance
- Develop regular performance review reports for Management, Marketing, and Sales, highlighting key trends and actions
- Build forecasting and scenario models to support annual planning and mid-term strategy discussions
- Partner with Finance to align insights, forecasts, and financial targets
- Support development of annual and mid-term marketing strategies through fact-based analyses and market sizing
- Clarify target segments, positioning, and the role of each product line across reimbursed, private, and multi or international channels
- Prepare strategy documents, management presentations, and business cases for key commercial decisions
- Define measurement frameworks and KPIs for launches and campaigns with Marketing and Sales
- Conduct post-launch and post-campaign evaluations and recommend improvements
- Improve data quality, accessibility, and standardisation across sales, market, and CRM data
- Collaborate with Sales, Key Account, and Global or Regional teams to validate insights and share best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- More than 7 years of total relevant experience
- 4-7 years of experience in market insights, business analytics, strategy, or business planning
- Experience working with commercial or marketing teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
- Experience in market or business analysis (KPI design, dashboarding, deep-dive analysis)
- Experience in performance tracking and reporting for management
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Advanced level Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup, basic modelling)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in written and verbal English
Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or relevant certification (digital marketing, analytics)
- Experience in medical devices, hearing care, or broader healthcare/reimbursement environment
- Experience in a multinational company
- Experience facilitating workshops or insight-sharing sessions
- Experience with market research (qualitative and quantitative), segmentation or pricing analytics
- Experience in project management or PMO-type work (planning, tracking, documentation)
