[제조/마케팅] Marketing Manager

An international manufacturing company is looking for a Marketing Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for understanding the local business landscape and developing effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Understand local business and brand objectives as part of Korea's marketing team
• Develop programs to achieve marketing objectives
• Lead marketing engagement and execute annual marketing plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers or retailers
• Build strong relationships with marketing leadership at the customer and retailer level
• Identify opportunities where marketing can add value to drive sell-in and sell-out
• Develop appropriate customised content for customers and retailers
• Execute online and in-person product training for stores, sales teams, and support personnel of customer or retailer
• Be the advocate for the customer and retailer within the organisation's marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in marketing
• Deep local market and customer insight (outdoor, sports, equipment, or garment/footwear industry experience is preferred)
• Background in B2C and B2B marketing is desirable (PR, digital, retail, brand, and event marketing)
• Ability to localise a global marketing strategy aligning with the local market situation, and drive implementation across multiple channels
• Strong interpersonal and influential skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Korean and English
