[조사분석/고객관리] Customer Success Manager

A Customer Success Manager position is now available at a global information services provider. The selected candidate will lead team members to create a high-performing team environment. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analyses based on issues, provide insights, and create analytical presentations
• Support team in foreseeing key client concerns and provide recommendation
• Coach team members to create a high-performing team environment
• Collaborate with commercial team to specify the analytical priorities and service level
• Oversee business initiatives
• Facilitate conversation for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (marketing or related domain is a plus)
• More than 4 years of professional experience in FMCG, retail, research, or professional services
• Familiarity with consumer-packaged goods sector and retail trade industry
• Prior team management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Business level English
