[제조/영업관리] Senior Account Manager
A leading digital media and advertising organisation is looking for a Senior Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage retailer and supplier relationships, drive campaign performance, and deliver revenue growth through strategic account development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with external brands and suppliers and internal cross-functional teams
- Establish and communicate timelines for deliverables with suppliers and brand teams
- Present the platform through clear and effective demonstrations
- Support campaign material creation, bespoke presentations, and marketing collateral
- Ensure full accuracy across internal platforms and reporting tools
- Analyse key performance metrics and provide data-driven feedback to suppliers and retailers
- Support campaign setup and provide optimisation recommendations
- Monitor overall campaign performance and provide monthly status updates to retailers
- Present the retail media proposition internally and externally to stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth through proactive supplier and retailer engagement
Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in online advertising, performance marketing, or digital media
- Experience working with CPG brands or retailers
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, optimisation, measurement, and key success metrics
- Ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects and clients while meeting deadlines and performance targets
- Strategic thinking ability with the capability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
