A multinational pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an E-Commerce Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of defining the company’s online marketing strategies in alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Hold P&L accountability for the online channel
- Analyse competitors to competitively position the business in the market and enhance its visibility on the web
- Design the customer experience, detailing the electronic sales flow
- Participate in the definition of the commercial offer
- Evaluate, select, test, and manage web platforms while negotiating with suppliers
- Integrate specific e-commerce systems
- Set policies for sensitive data and privacy
- Manage logistics and warehouses in collaboration with the supply chain team
- Define and monitor online sales KPIs
- Support the marketing and digital communication plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, international business, business administration, economics or related health science
- More than 10 years of operating experience in a global eCommerce environment
- Experience in project management
- Practical experience in both marketing and sales at a senior management level
- Experience in cosmetics, retail, or product B2C in medium to large companies
- Experience in omnichannel type of business environment
- Strong digital skills in the management of sales channels
- Knowledge of the online methods of payment
- Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Proficient in written and verbal English (other languages are a plus)
