An E-Commerce Specialist role is now open in a global consumer goods firm. The selected applicant will handle end-user DTC order processing, customer service, inventory management, sales data analysis and reporting, and marketing support.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and confirm end-user DTC orders(Naver)
- Support managing AR statements between Naver orders and company AR
- Update Order to Cash status and process
- Handle return and exchange requests
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Provide support to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collect and analyse customer feedback
- Manage stock intake and dispatch, and prepare inventory reports
- Collect and analyse sales performance data
- Assist with online promotions and events
- Register products and write product descriptions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
