An international personal care product company is looking to fill a CRM Specialist position. The successful individual will be overseeing the development and implementation of various CRM initiatives. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute communication strategies
• Oversee effective implementation of initiatives
• Coordinate with key teams in driving infrastructure improvement
• Develop and deliver business improvement plans
• Determine trends and behavior by analysing customer data
• Evaluate outcomes of CRM projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in database marketing and digital analytics
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience in digital marketing or technology is ideal
• Prior experience in digital marketing and analytics agencies is preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written English is a plus
