[자동차/마케팅] Head of CRM and Digital Customer Experience

An international manufacturer of automobiles is looking for a Head of CRM and Digital Customer Experience to join their firm in Seoul. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s customer experience and CRM processes.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a customer experience strategy for assigned brands
• Implement best-in-class customer experience within the local market
• Supervise project planning and the implementation of CRM solutions
• Maintain client data completeness and accuracy
• Oversee team, process, and stakeholder management activities
• Manage budget approval procedures and requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or business management (Master’s degree is a plus)
• More than 5 years of experience in customer experience management, strategy development, stakeholder management, and CRM solutions
• Prior experience in project delivery of CRM solutions
• Proven understanding of customer experience best practices
• Familiarity with the automotive or retail business
• Native level Korean; fluent level English and German is a plus
