One of the world’s leading cosmetics companies is now seeking a CRM Specialist to join their team in Seoul. In this role you will contribute to brand growth in Korea, executing CRM and other related promotion campaigns in line with the international brand positioning.
- Define and implement CRM vision and strategies per brand together with CRM / Digital Manager
- Develop and optimise customer contact frequency and customer targeting to maximise customer loyalty and sales drive
- Identify and refine customer segments and utilise segments to target communications
- Provide a guide to brands how to actively manage segment performance and customer spending metrics
- Analyse customer characteristics, consumer purchase behaviour, and marketing campaign performance
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM and email marketing
- Deep knowledge and understanding of consumer and relationship marketing
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks simultaneously and to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
