A Marketing Manager position is now available at an international medical device company. The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategy development and execution. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client responsiveness through method improvements
• Drive methods of segmentation to increase commercial effectiveness
• Observe market activity, penetration, and competitive wins or losses
• Analyse market trends and serve as a mentor on strategic direction and volume sources
• Identify and evaluate multi-channel opportunities for various products, services, and markets
• Assess client needs and offer specialised technical assistance or solutions
• Create sales training in accordance with business unit goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is advantageous)
• More than 10 years of professional experience
• More than 8 years of experience in medical device, marketing, or sales is ideal
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills
