A Marketing Manager position is now open at a luxury beauty brand. The selected candidate will oversee marketing strategies and perform all other marketing tasks to increase the business's sales. The role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the brand strategy to drive business growth and client relationship
• Oversee the creative department and product marketing operations
• Plan a 3-year marketing strategy for efficient business direction
• Create a marketing mix plan and communication to influence media promotions
• Provide an integrated and engaging consumer brand experience
• Coordinate with various departments and agencies to develop a business strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 8-10 years of experience in a related role in beauty, consumer goods, or luxury business in-house brands
• Ability to effectively manage multiple events
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Korean
