[물류/SCM] Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain Operations
An international professional services company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving strategic supplier management and performance across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Supplier Relationship Management programs across the regional supplier base with a focus on strategic and critical suppliers
- Strategically manage suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products meeting required quality, innovation, and cost standards
- Execute the STEP program and manage supplier performance against defined metrics, driving continuous improvement across foundational and transformational requirements
- Engage with STEP subject matter experts to ensure regional priorities are reflected in the global framework
- Monitor regional trends, including sustainability and compliance, and deliver value creation through STEP and other strategic initiatives such as the Global Resilience framework
- Conduct supplier engagements, including business reviews, joint business planning sessions, and performance management reviews
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide strategic input on packaging supply chain activities, including category strategies, new product development, commercialisation, and supplier selection
- Execute supplier strategies aligned with product category roadmaps to meet overall category needs and long-term business objectives
- Ensure regional perspectives are embedded in global supplier relationships
- Act as an escalation point for supplier-related issues, including supply assurance, pricing, quality, and commercialisation
- Support the Source to Contract process by partnering with internal stakeholders on supplier negotiations and contract management
- Manage raw material and packaging supply chain risk, including supply contingencies and pricing fluctuations
- Execute supplier contract management in partnership with the central Procurement Services team
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, supply chain management, or procurement
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated delivery of Supplier Management and Supplier Performance management that result in measurable value-added outcomes (innovation, supply chain stability, sustainability, cost savings)
- Strong analytical, risk management, compliance and sustainability knowledge
- Business and financial acumen
- Strong relationship or strategic partnering skills
- Skilled in MS Office
- Native level Korean; proficient in written and verbal English
Preferred Requirements:
- Technical background (engineering or supply chain discipline)
- Proficient in Japanese
