A globally recognised fashion company is searching for a DC Controller to join their Gyeonggi-do workforce. In this role, you will work with warehouse and transport teams to drive operational efficiency through effective strategies and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new projects and drive ROIs of business cases
• Oversee the performance of service providers
• Utilise leadership skills to establish a profit mentality within the team
• Support junior colleagues to facilitate customer-centric decision-making processes
• Ensure the accuracy of accounting and financial operations
• Maintain accuracy of relevant customer KPIs

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of SCM, logistics, DC, or financial experience
• Demonstrable leadership background
• Proven success in establishing clear targets with action plans on how to meet them
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent level English
