A Controls Engineer position is now available at a global supply chain management leader. The successful candidate will prepare schematic drawings, oversee PLC programs, and configure operator interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of functional specifications
• Aid with budget costing processes
• Maintain adherence to OHS&E guidelines
• Oversee major controls installation activities
• Handle parts purchasing
• Facilitate testing and commissioning
• Coordinate appropriate training for client staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Background in electrical drawings design like EPLAN, EEC One, or AutoCAD
• Prior experience with electrical installation supervision
• Functional knowledge of system design
• Understanding of PLC software development or office testing
• Ability to prepare technical documentation
