[물류] Senior Manager

A foreign logistics firm is looking for a Senior Manager. The chosen applicant will be leading integrated logistics strategy, operations, and teams to drive efficiency, growth, and financial performance. This role is based in Busan.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive Integrated Logistics framework aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities
• Identify and develop warehouse facilities and strengthen transportation capabilities to establish a robust logistics network
• Build and lead a highly engaged team to deliver operational excellence and achieve business goals
• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations to ensure service quality, compliance, and efficiency
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored customer solutions
• Manage P&L performance, implement cost control measures, and drive revenue growth strategies
• Establish quality standards and risk management protocols to ensure business continuity and operational integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related
  disciplines
• More than 10 years of experience in the warehouse and transportation industry
• Proven managerial experience and leadership capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong network with local vendors and stakeholders
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Korean

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in 3PL and 4PL logistics
