[물류] Head of Logistics

A foreign logistics firm is seeking a Head of Logistics. The selected candidate will lead multiple business units to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage profit and loss across multiple business units and ensure financial targets are met
• Develop long-term strategies and execution plans that address changing business conditions and regulatory requirements
• Define market positioning and growth engines
• Identify and develop new market segments for business expansion
• Create innovative products and services across business units to meet evolving customer needs
• Lead integration of new mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures with existing business units
• Maximise resource utilisation across business units to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local government regulations in all business operations
• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and compliance execution
• Support regional account decision-making and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• More than 10 years of experience in the logistics industry
• More than 8 years of experience in a managerial role
• Proven managerial experience and leadership capabilities
• Strong exposure to global logistics networks and international markets
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in MS Office
• Proficient in English and Korean
