[패션/물류] Logistics Specialist

A foreign fashion luxury group is searching for an Admin role. The chosen applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative, logistics, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely product delivery and accurate documentation
• Manage customs clearance and related import/export paperwork in compliance with regulations
• Maintain and update inventory records, stock adjustments, and product master data in the system
• Oversee warehouse and 3PL operations, tracking productivity, schedules, and issue resolutions
• Prepare and process payment requests, invoices, and month-end closing documents
• Support logistics and administrative projects such as SAP migration or process integration
• Monitor and analyse logistics costs, assisting with forecasting and cost-saving initiatives
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for workflow efficiency
• Provide administrative support for audits, reports, and internal coordination activities

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of professional experience
• Experience in the fashion, luxury, retail industry, or a multinational company is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Prior JDA, SAP, and Stealth experience is a plus
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English
