[의료기기/물류] Logistics Specialist

An international medical equipment company is searching for a Logistics Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for handling the warehousing, shipping, receiving operations, and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain logistics policies and procedures
• Work closely with 3PL to monitor product movement
• Ensure stable product supply and service level for internal and external customers
• Secure all required import and export declaration permissions or other documentation as needed
• Resolve problems related to transportation and logistics systems
• Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and customers
• Analyse corporate logistics to find cost-effective means of transporting supplies
• Evaluate and process customer claims
• Manage and monitor the entire process of IVD and chemical products

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the healthcare, medical device, or IVD industry
• Experience in trading and in-depth Knowledge of FTA & Trade compliance (import, export)
• Experience in international trade matters, customs regulations, and import controls
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Dynamics
• Strong communication skills on all fronts; excellent interpersonal skills
• Good numerical and IT skills
• Knowledge of SAGE/SAP ERP is advantageous
• Possess other professional certifications is a plus
• Proficient in Korean (written and verbal English is preferred)
