[제조/영업지원] Sales Administrator

A Sales Administrator position is available at a global manufacturing company. The selected candidate will be in charge of handling and fulfilling repair transactions and other sales procedures. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new and repair estimations to direct businesses and distributors
• Monitor delivery status of all PO and provide an overview of backlog status and other concerns
• Issue invoices and coordinate payment with direct businesses and distributors
• Engage in regular sales meetings to be updated on business developments and problems
• Acquire an understanding of relevant local and global procurement laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• Experience in a contract and compliance position
• Prior sales administration experience for distributors and direct business
• Proven experience in a global manufacturing corporation (US company is a plus)
• Excellent team orientation
