[제조/구매] Purchasing Staff

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Purchasing Staff. The selected candidate will be managing supplier relationships, coordinating procurement-related activities, and supporting sourcing decisions through data-driven and strategic input.

Responsibilities:

• Lead key purchasing activities and related operational topics
• Discuss payment terms with suppliers (credit line, payment guarantee, etc.)
• Share updates on payment guarantees with Korean mills and the finance department; collect and share bank documents
• Arrange First Article Inspection with relevant departments
• Arrange Third Party Inspection if needed
• Arrange regular technical meetings with suppliers
• Arrange regular meetings with suppliers and traders
• Manage supplier relationships and prepare annual supplier evaluation reports
• Manage local AVL and risk assessment
• Support contract management and frame agreements
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits related to plate purchasing
• Support sourcing decisions by providing necessary data and strategic input

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Training on the quality system as per the in-house standard
• Training on the pipe-production process
• Training on project management
• Training on the plate mill’s ERP system
• Skilled in MS Office
• Knowledge of the specification of plates
• Knowledge of international trading
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Purchase planning capability
• Proficient in English
