[반도체/구매] Indirect Purchasing Specialist

An equipment manufacturer is looking for an Indirect Purchasing Specialist. The chosen applicant will be managing indirect procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and process optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to maximise cost savings and value
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and service performance
• Conduct spend analysis and reporting to identify optimisation and consolidation opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards
• Utilise ERP and e-procurement systems to support process improvement initiatives
• Resolve supplier performance issues and manage risks to ensure service quality and timeliness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (semiconductor/display industry is preferred)
• Proficient in procurement systems and spend analysis tools
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English is preferred
