[리테일/SCM] Demand Planning Manager

A food manufacturing company is seeking a Demand Planning Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for demand forecasting, planning, and analysis to improve forecast accuracy and support aligned supply chain and business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the performance of the company's short-term, medium-term, and long-term sales forecasting processes
• Operate processes for product demand forecasting, reviewing sales trends, developing forecasting models, and evaluating forecasting results
• Propose and implement solutions and processes to improve demand forecast accuracy
• Update, maintain, and manage demand forecasting data to keep it current
• Verify demand and supply plans, identify causes of issues, and propose solutions
• Manage demand forecasting KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias)
• Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily dashboard reports
• Track demand - identify real-time changes in demand patterns and report inventory issues
• Update and share monthly/annual volume fluctuations with the headquarters factory and headquarters supply chain team to contribute to the execution of company goals
• Participate in regular S&OP processes to support business strategies and initiatives
• Engage in Portfolio/NPD processes
• Collaborate with relevant departments to secure operational plans and manufacturing capabilities for executing short-term and long-term demand plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (Business Administration or Industrial Engineering is preferred)
• More than 3 years of experience
• Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
• Exceptional analytical skills using data tools (Power Pivot, Power BI)
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience using SAP/APO or demand forecasting programs (ANAPLAN, Blue Yonder, Forecast Pro, etc.)
• Experience in the consumer goods, FMCG, confectionery, bakery (dairy, chocolate, etc.), and the food industry
• Proven experience in contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of demand and sales forecasting
• Experience in developing and implementing best practices through SCM planning and process improvement
