[리테일/물류] SCM Team Lead
An SCM Team Lead role is now open in a retail company. The accepted candidate will oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, lead a team, optimise costs, ensure timely delivery, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehouse transfers, and returns
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery to retail stores, wholesale partners, and e-commerce channels
- Lead 3PL operational planning, including volume forecasting, stock management, and inventory optimisation
- Carry out Green light management and shipment execution for timely delivery through close communication with global platforms
- Prepare for internal and external audits, including customs and product claims
- Manage 3rd party logistics providers to ensure efficient warehousing, transportation, and distribution services
- Optimise logistics costs while maintaining high service quality and compliance with global standards
- Track and analyse product availability rates, inventory levels, and operational performance
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely stock availability and efficient space utilisation
- Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery order fulfilment and on-time delivery within 24 hours to the store
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members, promoting career growth and job satisfaction
- Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing overall efficiency
- Implement best practices for inventory control, demand planning, and logistics management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, merchandising, and retail teams, and act as the primary point of contact for regional and global supply chain partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, SCM, business, or a related field (Advanced degree is a plus)
- More than 13 years of experience in SCM, logistics, or related fields
- Experience in logistics, KPls, and performance management
- Strong experience in 3PL management and logistics cost control
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, and inventory processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations, demand forecasting, and 3PL management
- Proficient in data analytics tools and ERP systems (SAP, CBR)
- Proficient in English
