[제조/고객관리] Customer Service Representative

An international packaging solutions company is searching for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will coordinate order processing and delivery timelines. This role is based in Gangnam-gu.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the flow of sales orders and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor daily sales transactions and issue sales and tax invoices
• Manage inventory, handle returns, and address defective inventory
• Maintain and update pricing and cost data in the JDE system
• Confirm monthly billing amounts for converters
• Provide weekly sales forecasts and monthly sales reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in customer service or administrative function at a global company is ideal
• Prior printing or packaging industry experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
