[리테일./고객지원] Customer Service Manager

A Customer Service Manager role is now open at a global design firm. The selected candidate will be accountable for overseeing multiple customer service related activities and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of dealer inquiries and daily support regarding products, pricing, delivery, etc.
• Lead order processing for Korea using SAP
• Assist clients with online partner portal
• Manage shipments from the headquarters, including shipping documents
• Oversee outstanding orders
• Handle quotations with SAP for the sales team and customers
• Handle claims, returns and replacements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in customer service in a B2C or B2B environment
• Background in selling physical products, including logistics from overseas to Korea
• Expertise in SAP is ideal
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Written and verbal English proficiency
