A large international consumer goods company is now looking for a bilingual Customer Care Executive with experience working for a call center. In this role, you will supervise the operations of the company’s call centers.
- Conduct regular reviews of productivity and quality issues of call centers
- Review and monitor vendor performance and define action plans to improve call service quality
- Handle and resolve escalated complaints from call centers, ensure that processes are in compliance with internal and external requirements
- Develop proactive service approach to enhance customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years’ experience in call center management
- Verbal and written proficiency in both Korean and English
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
