[컨설팅/총무] Operation Director
An international management consultancy firm is seeking an Operations Director. The selected candidate will oversee office operations, facilities management, procurement, and strategic initiatives while leading teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting leadership in business management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office facilities, interiors, and infrastructure including lease negotiations and stakeholder engagement
- Lead coordination of office fit-outs and refurbishment projects
- Develop business cases, analysis, and capital requests in collaboration with global real estate teams
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations functions and team performance
- Develop and evolve the operations agenda in line with changing business needs
- Ensure delivery of high-quality day-to-day office and administrative services
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and service
- Integrate global functions: IT, language services, and design studios, into local operations
- Lead major internal office events and initiatives
- Manage procurement, travel, safety, and security policies and processes
- Ensure compliance for supplier and contractor management
- Drive cost management and productivity initiatives while maintaining service quality
- Strengthen operational risk, safety, and security protocols aligned with global standards
- Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Develop and monitor service quality metrics and address performance issues
- Drive performance management and capability development within the team
- Manage resource planning and allocation across operations staff
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational strategy, cost, and risk
- Support leadership in cross-functional initiatives and overall business management
- Represent operations in regional forums and align with global standards
- Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and process improvements
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of experience in relevant field
- Experience in a professional services firm
- Broad knowledge in overall business management including HR related knowledge
- Strong management skills with ability to develop employees and resolve performance issues
- Ability to take strategic and pragmatic approach to complex business problems
- Experience in driving transformation and change initiatives
- Ability to build networks across functions and drive strategic initiatives
- Ability to balance service excellence, cost efficiency, and risk management
- Proficient in verbal and written Korean and English
