[리테일/영업] Head of Retail

An international consumer goods manufacturer is searching for a Head of Retail. The chosen applicant will be in charge of developing and implementing local retail strategies that align with both company and global guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure sustainable retail-KPI and net sales growth in line with or above the target
• Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with company and global guidelines
• Manage own retail stores based on retail arithmetic and continuous improvement of KPIs
• Implement best practices for continuous improvement according to defined standards and global guidelines
• Assess own retail locations and review store network based on location criteria
• Support event activities to maximise the outputs from consumer and retailer events
• Implement and maintain excellent operational standards in stores based on global guidelines
• Handle people management including coaching and training for shopfloor sales staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration (MBA is preferred)
• More than 15 years of total experience in sales or trade marketing in a leading premium, prestige, or luxury brand company
• 3-5 years of experience in direct retail operation or related experience
• Familiar with CRM and fully understand consumer behaviour and shopping insights
• Strong analytical and digital skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
