[럭셔리/리테일] Retail Operation Manager

An international luxury jewellery organisation is searching for a Retail Operation Manager. The qualified candidate will be in charge of facilitating smooth boutique openings, relocation, and expansions. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate boutique initiatives
• Maintain operation standards in maintenance, security, IT equipment, etc.
• Liaise contract and payment-related matters with vendors
• Handle forecasting and management of operation budget
• Work with the sales manager to improve competence
• Update operation SOP and manual on a regular basis

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of sales experience
• Background in luxury field
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong familiarity with selling processes and customer behaviour
