[자동차/영업지원] Sales Operation Analyst

A global commercial vehicle dealer is looking for a Sales Operation Analyst. The selected candidate will gather and record business requirements for projects and efforts to improve processes. This is a contract and Gyeonggi-do-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare process documentation and workflows
• Ensure processes' output produces the desired results
• Perform maturity analyses in relation to process initiatives to identify areas for development
• Determine risks and issues
• Drive issues and inconsistencies to management's attention
• Coordinate process improvements by driving process workflow modelling

Requirements:

• Practical experience as a business or process analyst
• Prior sales process automation experience
• Experience in workflow or process analysis tools
• Knowledge of sales tools (SalesForce)
• Strong interpersonal skills
